"I am expressing my disappointment with…"
I am expressing my disappointment with the service I received from this Pharmacy. I placed an order on 25/12/2022 and paid for the quickest delivery option, with the understanding that I would receive my product the day after, as shown on the website. However, when I called to inquire about the status of my order, I was told that no agents were available to assist me. So, I sent them an email and left a message about the product, but no one has ever responded to me.
I was in a lot of pain and unable to stand, so receiving this product today was very important to me. I understand that there may have been an issue with the website not being updated that the pharmacy had been closed due to the national bank holidays, but this kind of misinformation is extremely frustrating and misleading for customers.
As a result of this experience, I was requesting a full refund of my money, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the company's failure to follow through on its promises.
But, after two days, the status of my order was changed to REFUNDED without sending me any email about that.
IF YOU READ MY MESSAGE, AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THAT WEBSITE. I AM QUITE SURE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
